Otis Williams of the temptations discovered "Terry Weeks" by coincidence. Ali Ollie Woodson decided to leave the Temptations following the album "For Lovers Only". The Temptations needed another member. This is the story how it happens.

Otis Williams was shopping in Hollywood when he was recognized by two man and a woman who called out his name. They exchanged pleasantries, and Otis signed some autographs. Otis walked away when the woman suddenly said to Terry, "Sing Brother!". Right there he broke into a Donny Hathaway song that astounded Otis. Otis took his number to call him the next day. Terry was surprised when Otis called him indeed.

Otis had this own production company, Honey of an O productions and was lookin for talent to develop. Terry met two other singers, Mike Dickerson and De Franz Forrest. They formed "For Lovers Only". They recorded their album For lovers Only. It didn't create a big splash. The group broke up and Terry was asked to perform with the Temptations. Add/Complete Bio
