From 1983 till 1986 LOVEBUG STARSKI released also five singles. The first single LOVEBUG STARSKI released in the eighties is 'You've Gotta Believe' on THE FEVER Records. Other released tracks are 'Do The Right Thing (1984 / FEVER (SUTRA))', 'Rappin' (1985 / ATLANTIC)', 'Amityville (The House On The Hill) (1986 / EPIC (CBS))'.

Lovebugs Starski's real name is Kevin Smith. He worked at the disco fever club from 1979-1985. First name taken from 1969 movie "the lovebug", last name taken from 1970s TV series Starsky and Hutch.

Rappin' is the title song from the movie starring Mario van Peebles.
