Bosra Sham ‘Better Days’ is a recording studio project consisting of songs written by vocalist Jamie Thain and keyboard player Max Dickson. Inspired by a love of chilled out funk and soul, they wrote and recorded Better Days in their home studio in Bristol, UK Once the tracking was finished they joined up with producer Tim Jones. Jones oversaw the final production of the album at his Green Park Studio's in the beautiful city of Bath in the UK where he scored a UK number one soul album with One Way legend Alicia Myers (Peace of Mind - Lovetown music). Jones added his unique guitar work to the album tracks on ‘Better Days’ and invited various other session players to perform on the tracks including the bass player Chris Wood and the internationally acclaimed flute player and soul legend David Pic Conley of Surface. Bosra Sham took two years refining their music concentrating on developing their sound drawing on various influences from Jazz, Soul, and Funk archives.

At the time of writing this Bosra Sham featured at number 4 in the Solar Radio Sweet Rhythms Charts . They are also featured on the December 2012 and January 2013 playlists for Soulchoonz Radio, on Funk Republic Radio and have featured on BBC Radio’s Paul Miller Soul Show a number of times, on one occasion opening the programme. They featured in their first radio interview with Gary Spence on Solar Radio in January 2013.

The first single from the album is track 4 - ‘Holiday Attraction’ . 'Better Days' is proving popular on the soul scene and is available on CD through their official website and exclusively through Soul Brother Records in London.
