This self titled album of 1982 is Alfonzo his first and last. All the Horns on this album are played by Atlantic Starr. This album reached number 50 at the billboard Top R&B Album chart.

Alfonzo's voice is almost like Michael Jackson. The album consist of mid/up tempo funky tracks. One of this good funky up tempo tracks is "Your Booty Makes Me Moody". The moderate track "Low Down" is a cover of Boz Scaggs hit. "Change the world" is a slow tempo nicely sung tune. The uptempo funky Track "Ready For Your Love" is in the style of track number 1. It has some fine synth solo's.

One of the best tracks on this album is "Girl,you Are The One". Nice horns, synths. On this track the sound of Alfonzo voice is right. The same apply for "Don't Stop This Feeling" and "Action Speaks Louder Than Words".

This album is Donna's second and last one. It consist of mostly mid tempo tracks with, for that time typical, Yamaha DX7 bass sound.

"Can we talk" is a continuation of "Serious" from her previous album "Perfect
Timing". Another good track is "We're Smokin' Now". A nice mellow tune is the title track "Heaven On Earth". And of course the superb remake of Maze Frankie Beverly's song "Joy & Pain". Perfectly done. "Jokers Wild" is also one of the fine tune on this CD. Lou Pace the producer did a splendid job.

Don't underestimate this Album.

Baby brothers album from 1981 contains mostly midtempo funk tracks.
One well known tune is 'You Asked For It (You Got It)'. An other killer is 'Funky Situation' a funkadelic/parlament kinda funk track with a groovy bass line.

'Bad thing' has a nice funky synth solo. 'Saturday Night (And I'm Boogie Bound)' is a typical funk track with lots of horns. The same for 'You've Got Me Wanting You'.

In short this album has some fine funk tunes, not that great, but worth listening to. The tunes gets better everytime you listen.
