Nice Album Featuring A Male And Female Lead Singer Gerald Lyles And Valerie Pinkston Mayo (she Has Appeared On Many Albums As Background Vocals). Others In The Band Are Vernon D Fails, David Washington And MICHAEL J POWELL, Who Is Also The Albums Main Writer And Very Well Known Producer. Michael Has Produced Complete Albums For Anita Baker And Randy Crawford Amongst Others. The Tracks Are Very Strong, Perhaps My Only Criticism Is That A Couple Of The More Upbeat Tracks Do Sound A Little Dated By Today's Standards, But They Are Still Strong, And The Ballads Are Stunning. Powell Is At The Top Of His Game Here. The Vocals Are Spot On, But The Timing Wasn't For This Album As It Was Released In 1988, The Time When New Jack Swing Burst Onto The Scene And Grabbed The Attention Of R & B Fans (Keith Sweat, Guy, Bobby Brown Etc.)So It Virtually Went Unnoticed. Just Try And Resist The Sublime "So In Love", "Forever" And "Long Time To Love". This Is Quality.
