She started attending West Angeles COGIC (Church Of God In Christ) in Los Angeles. Singing for family and friends turned into singing for the Lord. She became a part of the Angelic Children’s Choir, under the direction of Ruth Schofield. Her first solo with the Angelic Choir came quickly.
