Louis Price is the co-writer of the song "Disco Explosion" by The Blue Notes (Fantasy/D-112 SP/1978) which is the very first recording for Ali-Ollie Woodson (temptations) as a singer. After this recording, Louis Price succeeded the audition of The Temptations and joined the group in 1977 (when Dennis Edwards left the group for the first time), while Ali-Ollie failed because of the color and style of his hair.
