In 1979 Tease was formed in California. The try to win a talent show on Los Angeles radio station KACE. This led to a record deal on RCA in 1983. Tease are: Kipper Jones (lead vocals), Derek organ (drums), Thommy Organ (guitar), Jay Shanklin (bass) and Rex salas (keyboards). Chuckii Booker replaced Rex in 1986 and played the keys on their second album 'Tease'. Their third album 'Remember' was produced by james mtume.
