I Recently Received This CD From 2-Funky Records From The UK To Review It. After Some Searching On The Net I Found That This Debut Album Of Ray Robinson Was Already Released Earlier In August Of 2004 On Reach Records. It's A R&B/Urban/Soul Type Of Record.Track No: 2 'My Heart' Is A Version Of Donell Jones His 'My Heart' From Donnells Same Titled Album From 1996. 'Missed Your Chance' Was Back In 2004 The Track That Climbed The Charts. I Don't Exactly Which Position It Went To. This Track Has Been Produced By Rapper And Producer Extraordinaire Saukrates (Def Jam/Capitol Hill Music) And Kid Kut (he Should Better Change His Name If He Wants Serious Business In The Netherlands) Of The Infamous Baby Blue Sound Crew. This Track Has Fugees Influences. The Fourth Track Is A Nice Soul Song With A Heavy Bass. Track Five Till Seven Aren't Tracks That Grip You Directly You Probable Need Listen To It More Than One Time. The Next Track 'Gotta' Has A Typical Soul II Soul Drum Loop. While The Song 'Friends' Has Some Isley Brothers/R Kelly Influences.'Heaven' Is A Extreme Low Bass Type Of Song, Especially For My Car Stereo. My Woofers Struggle With It.Track Twelve 'Summer Star' Is Nice Slow Soul Song. 'Pleasure Is Pain' Is Influenced By Reggae, Not My Kind Of Music. In The Last Song, Probarly Recorded In A Church, The Organ Has A Primairy Role In It.I Think It's Not A Must Have CD But If You Like 'deep' Soul Kind Of Music Then You Probarly Like It. My Favourite Song For Thus Far Is 'My Heart'.
