Bio

Bryan Lorren is born New York on Long Island. The father of Bryan had a band called Ray Hudson & The Soul Rockers. His uncle encouraged him to play drums, and soon he had mastered drums, guitar and keyboards.

His first professional gig was as a synthesizer player with Fat Larry's Band in Philadelphia. He later played on Fat Larry's Band hit 'Zoom'(1982).

Hanging around Alpha recording studios in Philadelphia, Bryan and some friends were given a break by the in-house label, Philly World, who put them to work with producer Nick Martinelli. As Cashmere they recorded 'Do It Anyway You Wanna' before Bryan was offered a solo deal.

In 1983 Philly World released his debut solo single 'Lollipop Luv, this song was very popular iin the soul scene and it led to the album Bryan Loren in 1984.

From here he concentrated on writing and/or producing with artists including Vesta Williams ('Don't Blow A Good Thing'), Shanice Wilson, Barry White, Meli'sa Morgan ('Getting To Know You Better'), The Valentine Brothers {Picture This) and Whitney Houston ('Feels So Good').
